Applicant Eligibility

Brewerytown Management has certain eligibility requirements, that must be met, in order to submit an application and be considered for one of our apartments.  Please read the information below, to check you meet the requirements.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this. 

***** Every applicant over the age of 18 is required to complete an application *****

Income Requirements

• Applicants’ monthly gross income needs to be equal to or more than 2.5 times the rent of the apartment.
• If the gross income is less than 2.5 times the rent, the applicant may be considered with a co-signer and/or an additional security deposit.
• *Guarantors need to have a monthly gross income of 5 times the rent. *

Terms

Occupancy Guidelines

Pets: Cats & Dogs (Breed Restrictions Apply)

• $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee
• $35.00 Monthly Pet Rent
• Up to 2 pets per household

Move-In Costs

• $50 Application Fee (non-refundable)
• $100 Admin Fee (non-refundable)

SECURITY DEPOSIT IS EITHER ONE MONTH’S OR TWO MONTH’S RENT (depending upon credit)

Holding Deposits

(Required to hold the unit & applied towards move-in cost)

• 1 Bedroom 1 Bath $700.00
• 2 Bedroom 1 Bath $800.00
• 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath $900.00

*****MUST BE PAID WITHIN 48-HOURS OF APPROVAL*****

Storage

20% OFF (If paid in full for 1 year)

• $100 Per Month -Storage Lockers
• $150 Per Month – Storage Closets
• $10 Per Month – Bike Storage

Lease Terms

• 12 & 18 Month Lease
• 6 & 9 Month Lease ($150 per month premium)
